Heat transfer fluids
EKOGREEN based on propylene glycol and M-GREEN based on ethylene glycol — for heating, cooling and climate control systems.
A heat transfer fluid carries heat from a hotter place to a colder one. During transfer, some liquid heat carriers change their physical state — liquids turn to gas and back again.
Using a heat transfer fluid extends the service life of a heating system. When the heating is switched off, the fluid protects the system from freezing.
Where they are used
- Central heating systems
- Refrigerators
- Air conditioners
- Cooling systems
- Oil-filled heaters
- EKOGREEN
- Propylene glycol
EKOGREEN
An environmentally friendly heat transfer fluid for heating systems, containing no ethylene glycol, which is harmful to the human body. Made on a base of non-toxic propylene glycol, it is particularly well suited to heating systems in flats and houses.
- M-GREEN
- Ethylene glycol
M-GREEN
A heat transfer fluid intended for heating and climate control systems with steel, cast iron, copper and plastic pipework. It contains ethylene glycol, anti-corrosion additives, a defoamer and stabilising additives.
